We ship via U.S. Postal Service by Priority Mail (domestic orders) and First Class Mail (international orders), from our location in New York, USA. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking code as soon your order has been shipped.
You have 30 days to contact us if you have not received your product. If we have confirmation your package was delivered we are no longer responsible for your product.
Customs, duties & taxes
When ordering from equilac.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Equilac has no control over these charges, nor can Equilac predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Cancellations must be made before the order ships. If the product has not shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged. If a cancellation is placed after the order shipped, it is up to the customer to refuse the package or send the package back. For returning products and refund: see the "Return policy" section. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
Customers are issued a refund if their package is returned (less shipping and handling). We cannot reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. Customers are welcome to reorder.
We strive to fulfill your order correctly and quickly. In order to maintain the best service to our customers, we have set guidelines in our order processing. To thoroughly process your order we need several key elements. These key elements all need to be valid and include: first name, last name, email address, valid phone number, billing address including zip code, as well as a shipping address if it is different from the billing address.
