Horse milk powder is obtained by transforming liquid horse milk into a powdered form. This can be done by two transformation processes: freeze-drying or spray-drying. Both techniques keep the temperature below 38°C to preserve the milk’s nutritional content. In the spray-drying method, the milk is heated to a specific temperature to kill unwanted bacteria, preserving valuable elements. The freeze-drying process involves freezing the milk and then drying it at very low temperatures, which ensures that all vitamins, minerals, and proteins are kept intact.

One of the advantages of horse milk powder is its convenience to use. Mix it with lukewarm water or yogurt, or take the powder dry and rinse it away with water. It’s important to avoid heating the product to maintain its health benefits.
